Olney Instructional Modernization

Project includes the modernization of the campus’s largest instructional and research lab building, Olney Hall. Built in 1974, the project will provide new instructional spaces, a new primary north entrance, redesigned loading, a new code compliant chemical handling facility, mechanical infrastructure upgrades and addresses deferred maintenance backlog.  Scope includes demolishing the 18,500gsf Lecture Hall; a new 51,300gsf addition; and 44,600gsf renovation within the existing building.
