Worcester Dining Commons
The Worcester Dining Commons includes a “grab and go” market and the relocation of the central UMass Bakeshop into the new facility, as well as student life spaces and a campus restaurant.

Coburn Hall
Coburn Hall Addition and Renovation – This iconic building is the centerpiece of UMass Lowell’s South Campus. This project provided for the renovation and addition to its oldest and most architecturally significant buildings. The scope addressed much needed deferred maintenance and includes new building systems, code upgrades, accessibility improvements, classrooms, faculty offices and department suites.
