The College of Visual & Performing Arts (CVPA) Building Envelope Improvement project focuses on building envelope repairs addressing deferred maintenance issues, increases building efficiencies and reduces operational costs. Scope includes roof; windows; relieving angles; exterior building sealant joints and mortar repair to make building watertight; remediation of site stair and ground slab deterioration. In addition, two gender inclusive bathrooms will be constructed.
