Coburn Hall Renovation & Addition

This iconic building is the centerpiece of UMass Lowell’s South Campus.  This project provides for the renovation and addition to its oldest and most architecturally significant buildings.  The scope addresses much needed deferred maintenance and includes new building systems, code upgrades, accessibility improvements, classrooms, faculty offices and department suites.
